We don’t really have a strategy, so will that be an okay starting point for this OKR Leadership Program?

This is normal, rather than an exception.

We will start with focusing on what you are trying to achieve in the next 90-180 days, before progressively adding strategic context to that in a way that is easy for you to  evolve with your teams.

I’ve heard this OKR Leadership Program uses a tech tool, is that tool easy to use, is it included in the price and what happens with the tool at the end of the program?

This OKR Leadership Program uses #stratapp, which is easy to use and included free for the first 90 days. You do not have to continue on this tool – the advantage is that it allows you to evolve strategy alongside linking strategy to OKRs to daily work. You can decide if that works for you towards the end of the program and if you decide to continue the pricing is minimal as you’ll see here.

We are time poor and really busy at the moment.

Same goes for nearly everyone and this seems to be trending from bad to worse.

Think of this OKR Leadership Program as setting up your next 90 days for success – in a way that will free up time and reduce both chaos and stress.

Each workshop aims to complete within 2 hours and we spread them 15 days apart so you have time to apply what you’re learning without feeling under time pressure. That’s a very small investment in time for the value you get from shifting the organization towards achieving what you set out to achieve.

How long before I see real results?

You should see a positive impact within 48 hours of Workshop 1. After 10 days you’ll start to see patterns and bigger opportunities to accelerate outcomes. By 90 days you and your teams should be operating at a whole new level, well beyond what you have experienced before.

Do we have to start company wide or can we start on one area of focus or team?

This is entirely up to you.

For organizations up to 50 employees, we recommend starting with the whole leadership team.

For organizations of more than 50 employees, including enterprise divisions, we suggest you start with either the leadership team or a group of say 50-100 employees, enrolling 5-8 leaders of that grouping in this OKR Leadership Program.
